There have been times when I’ve made a piece of jewelry inspired by potato chips, like these, sort of. I love the irregular edge and that no two are exactly the same. They also came about because of random parts on my soldering bench that were made for the pearl tangle earrings.

Each one is made up of recycled gold bits, melted into a ball and then forged into a rustically circular disc before the hammer set diamonds are added.
